Overall the chain was ok and as shown online, but disappointingly the size which should have been suitable (checked the size with customer services before ordering) was too small and therefore had to be given to someone else. The cost and general inconvenience (time etc) made it prohibitive to then return it.

Very easy to wear but i had a little issue with quality of this bracelet. The pendant fell off with first use. It doesn't hold there properly. Customer servise is probably the best i have ever experienced and they sent me another one. Sadly it happened again but i managed to fix that on my own. Everything would be perfect except that one thing. I will definitely try to buy something else because im really impressed by designs of this brand. We'll see if another product convinces me more. :)

Absolutely love the chain itself. Unfortunately, the final link (that attaches the T bar) is very flimsy and pulls apart every time you try to put it on.
